Rachel Berlin

Rachel is a partner at Buckley Beal LLP representing individuals involved in employment law cases including discrimination and retaliation along with negotiating severance agreements.  Rachel is a skilled litigator who fights for the rights of the underdog, achieving positive results for her clients.  Rachel is from New York and is a graduate of Pace University Law School.

Rachel is actively involved in Water Life Hope with a focus on its everyday social media presence.  In her spare time, she fundraises for Parkinson’s research with the hope that there will soon be a cure.
